A Closer Look...

At the mantle...because it's changed again for the season hasn't it?

Glitter buckets...and ghoulish Halloween Toys...surrounded by the twinkling lights...

A small black and orange feather tree...topped by the Halloween banners...

Decorated with 2 little sock monkey ornaments...a witch and a skelleton...

Because, Halloween is not too far off yet right?

Because Halloween is one of my favorite holidays...
and it's fun to decorate for it...
so, I'm a month early...

Only a little wicked right?

You've totally outdone yourself this year. The wicked banner outdoes last year's mantle by a mile!

Oh my god....you DID dress the sock monkeys! I love it! As spirited as I get for Halloween is possibly buying candy if I know I'll be home for trick-or-treaters (not sure this year!) and buying pumpkin-flavored things this month and next!

I love it! It's kind of inspiring. I'll have to drag out the stuff I made last year and decorate. I know the kids will love it.

OH. How. CUTE! Those sock monkeys are just perfect! And the cat and pumpkin dolls, those are sweet too! I MUST get started decorating. Last year we had lots of teens in our homeschool group so I hosted a Halloween party. I got to decorate for that and had a blast. Most of the teens have moved or are doing other things this year so we're not doing a party this time. But I will have to decorate now that I've been inspired!

Thanks for the extra cheering up, I am feeling much more normal now. And, you *might* be able to handle raw milk with your lactose intolerance. Many people have a hard time with regular milk due to the lactose being changed by the pasturization process. My hubby is LT too but hasn't been home to try the raw milk. I'll let ya know how it does him.

Wickedly fun!

I have absolutely zilch for decorations. Hmm... must find some way to remedy that.

Oh, and thanks for linking me in your sidebar! I appreciate it oh-so-very-much, and feel quite loved!
