What an Invigorating Weekend...

OK, not so much...

I spent most of the weekend sick, I think, or suffering from allergies...or other emotional maladies...I'm not exactly sure. I think the big therapy breakthrough was partly responsible for what was going on, whatever the cause was, I spent a lot of time resting (Is it me, or does it seem like I spend every other weekend trying to recover from something? As I kindly reminded Dina, at least it was not the Trip weekend) so here are the highlights:

*Watching a couple (Stranger Than Fiction, The Holiday...and a few more that were on TV) movies that I really wanted to see.

*Getting ready, and wrapping up my Haremail package to send today so it gets to my swap partner on time.

*Putting clean sheets on the bed (I always love that...it's so nice to start out the week snuggled in fresh clean sheets...I did the towels too, in case you're wondering)

*Scrubbing the bathtub (believe me...this was huge, as I've been meaning to do it for quite some time and haven't had the energy, maybe it will start a trend and I'll clean the rest of the house...yeah, well don't hold your breath)

*Making hotel reservations for the trip...Oh man, those day's are hardly counting down fast enough!

Ok...I will try to be back with something more inspiring soon!

Hm... I left you a comment on your last post, but blogger ate it!

How did you like The Holiday? I just watched that last week... and I was surprised to like it as much as I did!!

I hope your inner child is behaving this week. (although, she probably needs to be in charge once in awhile!)

Blessings...

Oh helloooo! I am sorry to hear that you have had a bit of the crud... but you might very well be right. I have found that emotional issues can be just as taxing on the body as if I had the flu, a cold, etc. I had the very same thing happen to me two weekends ago. When you think about it, it all makes sense, tho... So I am glad you treated yourself gently this weekend and gave your body, mind and heart time to heal. Good for you!! : )
I can hardly wait for your trip, too! Yeah for reservations...it's one step closer!
