Ok, my original plan was to jump back in with Creative Sundays...as I've taken quite a break. With one thing leading to another, and general life things, Creative Sundays has really gotten shoved into the background. But, my mother and Rozz, my CS standbys were busy...So the D-man (my good friend who's visiting for a bit) and I met early to hike the Peavine Trail. The weather was beautiful, and we saw a huge bald eagle. I was amazed, I didn't even know one lived out there!
and several herons as well...
The D-man is a computer guy, so he worked on computer stuff most of the day over here, updating my little cutie laptop, and helping to make it faster and more organized. I decided to knit more on my scarf for my creative bit of the day. I was thinking of cleaning up the studio...it has been sadly neglected lately (the material is taking over) but, I did not have the energy or motivation to do that. And the library also needs to be set up...Oh so much to do! Sigh.
Also, I started off the weekend with a little trip to a hockey game...it's so nice knowing someone who has season tickets...she's either usually taking me, or giving me the tickets so I can go with someone else. It was Army night or something and they did this neat thing with the flag on the ice before the game started!
Well, I'm off to enjoy my day off...another little hike this time with Dina...errands, you know, the usual day off kind of stuff. Coffee, chocolate, bon-bons...my stories...

Oh, what scenery! I can't believe that you're enjoying walks in that gorgeous environment while we're freezing our you-know-whats off on the east coast. Enjoy it!
