You Probably Didn't Know...

I went straight home from work yesterday, made myself a salmon Caesar salad, hot Sleepytime tea, and peanut butter M&M's...answered some emails and spent the rest of the night watching some of the first season of Will And Grace...I spent all day ripping it into iTunes. I miss that show...I don't watch a lot of TV now because I don't think there's a lot on worth watching...now with the damned writers strike, I don't even know how excited I am to watch Heroes when it comes back on...although I don't think it's that intelligent to punish Heroes because of it. When it comes to movies and TV, I often watch the same things over and over...

I always wanted
to be a therapist...but I didn't want to spend all the extra time in school to get the degrees I needed to...Not because I'm lazy, but because I would have had to pay for it myself...Although, yesterday when I was at therapy...I uncovered a huge core belief. I have no idea what impact it will have on my life...I am scared. Sometimes I think I talk too much...At one point in my young life, I went out to a lot of dance clubs and there was a huge part of me that wanted to be a cage dancer as a profession...I got chicken pox the exact same week as cheerleader tryouts and had to miss them...I only got the pox from my torso up (including in my mouth and ears) and only one on one of my legs...

I am on a search for the perfect shampoo...because it seems like every time I grow my hair out, I get ridiculous split-ends. I just switched to powder foundation (and I am liking it better than liquid foundation) because I got all sucked into one of those Bare Essentials infomercials (although, I didn't buy that particular brand). I always say good-bye to the cat before I leave the house, and give her a little pat...sometimes I sing songs to her and we dance around the room together...

I recently downloaded
4 Michael Jackson songs from iTunes...OH STOP! I wouldn't want him to raise my children, but he still sang some rocking tunes...

I just saw a Viagra advertisement that was shot in Sedona with some dude on a motorcycle...who was warning against the worries of an erection lasting more than 4 hours...the background music was "Viva LasVegas" only the words have been switched to "Viva Viagra"...

I just threw up in my mouth a little...

(don't forget to sign up for the give-away in yesterday's post!!)

the first time I heard the "Viva Viagra" commercial, I was like, what the hell? Elvis is probably spinning in his grave..or else really getting a big kick out of it! I think Michael Jackson did great stuff (still love the Thriller song and video), but yeeeuck, he's a strange one. I have Netflix, so will be getting the old Will & Grace episodes soon..just finished watching the entire 6 seasons of Northern Exposure, remember that one? LOVE IT....hmmmm, a cage dancer, huh? I'm afraid of heights, so that would have limited me (might fall out of the cage :)

I think we had the same night. I spent it reading Harry Potter instead of writing, but time well spent nonetheless. Everyone needs a little down time.

It's funny you say goodbye to your cat before you leave, I always tell my cats to "be good" as I walk out the door. Like what? They're going to thow a party when Im gone? Invite all their street cat friends over?

Oh God, I saw that commercial months ago. I thought it was vile. Husband and I thought the same thing as Luvmhygreenbug. If Elvis hadn't have died of a heart attack, that commercial would have killed him.

I had a dream last night. I swear. Ever since I met you, I have actually had dreams about sock monkeys. In this dream I was in Home Depot looking at Windsocks. And they had a Sock Monkey windsock.

I didn't tell Husband about the dream. He would probably have me committed. He would never understand about sock monkleys. I can't say that I understand them completely myself, but at least I am not afraid of them anymore.

Of course I say that, and I the next dream I have will probably be me being chased my Sock Monkey Zombies like in "Night of the Living Dead."
